Cybersecurity for individuals: establishing the facts
Hacking, being watched, blackmail, impersonation or a scam: choose the situation closest to yours. Each page explains what to do right away and how we step in.
In short. You do not need to be able to name the problem to call us. In most cases the rule is the same: delete nothing, reset nothing, note the dates, and have things recorded before acting. We then tell you plainly whether an examination is worthwhile.
Your situation
What you are going through has a name, and a technical answer
My smartphone has been hacked
Battery draining fast, messages sent on their own, accounts opening elsewhere. We look for spyware, remote access and compromised accounts, on iOS and Android alike.
See how we workI think I am being watched
Stalkerware, GPS trackers, location sharing, microphone or camera. Software and hardware detection, following a documented, traceable method.
See how we workData theft or leak
A departing employee, exfiltration, ransomware. We establish what left, when, through which channel — and what has to be notified.
See how we workSextortion and blackmail
Evidence preserved immediately, accounts and money flows identified, a file ready for your complaint. Fast response, no judgement.
See how we workImpersonation and fake profiles
Fake accounts in your name, defamation, abusive content. Timestamped technical findings, traceability and documented takedown requests.
See how we workScams and payment fraud
CEO fraud, fake bank advisers, bogus investments. We reconstruct the scenario, trace the flows and build the file.

The first conversation is free and confidential: you tell us what happened, we ask the right questions, and we tell you whether a technical examination makes sense in your case. A targeted examination — one device, one precise question — starts at €250; beyond that, you receive a written quote before any work.
The examination works on a copy of your devices, which are returned to you. You receive a report that separates what was found from what was not. If the victim is a minor, also contact the police and, in Belgium, Child Focus on 116 000.
Frequently asked questions
What if the examination finds nothing?
That is a result, and it is written up as one. A report concluding that there was no compromise is often exactly what you need to move on.
Should I file a complaint first?
No. You can have the facts recorded beforehand, which often makes the complaint stronger. For precautions in the meantime, see our digital evidence guide.
Does my data stay confidential?
Yes: professional secrecy, and an ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management system at Cyber Praxis SRL.
Can't find your situation?
Call us anyway. First conversation free and confidential, without judgement.
